Hi im vikaash and recently i have joined the ice cream course for 4 days from cho bee lab...before joining i had '0' knowledge about the making of ice creams and now i can make ice creams on my own and ritu chef thought us everything from the base so that we could understand better.The ambience and everyone there were friendly and nice..had a great experience and thank you ritu chef.
CHO BEE Lab is an Amazing place to Learn and improve ur skills in Pastry , Culinary, ice cream , Deserts etc… I had a Great opportunity to attend their culinary 3 Days class it was wonderful Experience, chef pradeep taught me from basic to Advance level in just 3 days , they are having great set up and all the equipment as required. Finally chef Ritu Madam and all supporting staffs helped us through out the journey.Thanks to Cho bee Labs surely I will come back for more to Learn
